The new TSS platform goes live on 20 October for all new movements

If you're using the new platform for the first time, you will need to reset your password, check your business profile and set up your permissions to get ready. Find out how to set up your business profile and permissions. You can now submit declarations in advance on this new Trader Support Service for movements planned for 20 October and later. For movements taking place before 20 October, continue to use the outgoing Trader Support Service.

You can also use the Practice Environment to get familiar with the new platform.

If you're a Live Pilot user, please continue submitting live declarations and sharing your feedback ahead of 20 October. From 20 October, the Live Pilot will transition to the new Trader Support Service for all new movements.

Use the Trader Support Service to declare goods moving to or from Northern Ireland

You must provide information to customs when you move goods to and from Northern Ireland. You may need to pay duty.

You can register for an account to submit the relevant declarations either for your business or on behalf of a customer.

You’ll get:

  • access to an online system which lets you make declarations and pay any duty
  • guidance on how to use the system most effectively
  • customer support

This service is free and suitable for any size and type of business involved in trade between Great Britain and Northern Ireland, including retailers, carriers hauliers and agents.
